Working hours: 40 hours/ week; salary is according to collective agreement of University of Vienna
Duration of employment: 1 year
Tasks:
- Cultivation of nonmodel bacteria, maintenance of strain collectio
- Molecular biology methods: cloning, DNA/RNA isolation, PCR, qPCR, electrophoresis, photometry, microscopy
Professional Requirements:
Completed Fachschule/HTL of Rosensteingasse or Bachelor of Sciences
Theoretical and practical knowledge in microbiology and molecular biology
computer skills: word, excel, power point, data archiving
Personal requirements:
Flexibility, accuracy, resilience
- ability to work independently
- team work with social competence
- capability to communicate in english (international laboratory)
