Position 2 is open in the project “TACKLE: the Ecology and Evolution of Archaea to Elucidate the Prokaryote to Eukaryote Transition” funded by an ERC Advanced grant to Christa Schleper. It will involve the analyses of large metagenomic and genomic datasets to reconstruct and analyze genomes and transcriptomes of novel archaeal lineages.
