The austrian newspaper der Standard published an article about the isolation of an extremely thermophilic Thaumarchaeon from the italian island of Ischia, based on our recent publication "Candidatus Nitrosocaldus cavascurensis, to Ammonia Oxidizing, Extremely Thermophilic Archaeon with a Highly Mobile Genome."
